We understand that the paperwork in any contractual process can be a pain, and so we aim to take care of the details well in advance so that all you have to do is settle in. Using our e-filing system, we will email you most provisional documents to save time (and paper) on the day you sign your agreement. All deposits are secured with a government backed TDS scheme and we also carry out an inventory of the property before you move in to ensure transparency. Even when the contracts are signed and the loose ends are tied, we will be with you throughout your tenancy and will always be available if you require any assistance after you’ve moved in. We’ll make sure that instead of getting through to a switchboard, you’re in contact with the agent that you’ve been with from the start of the process, because we know familiarity and trust is vital to making things work for everyone.
